Position: Room Designer (Italian / English)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding acoustic advice and room setup.
• Field questions pertaining to room acoustics and provide expert recommendations.
• Utilise a background in music (pro-audio/mixing) and understanding of room acoustics to offer solutions.
• Engage in consulting and customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Plan and organise a daily work schedule to communicate with existing and potential customers.
• Answer questions, suggest and recommend GIK products, prepare correspondences, create estimates, and take customer orders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in Italian and English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Background in music, pro-audio, or Hi-Fi.
• General understanding of room acoustics.
• Experience in consulting or customer service.
• Professional appearance with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
